6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within Hong Kong, Asia & Europe.  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

6.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our Site are shipped on a FOB (Free On Board) basis, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.4 Customs and Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
