Where is my order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. This usually arrives within a few minutes.

- Double-check your email address — log in to your account to ensure there were no typos

When will my order dispatch?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your tracking information.

If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received any tracking information, feel free to contact us — we'll be happy to help!

Where can I find the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. At checkout, you will be asked to provide a detailed shipping address. The shipping cost will then be calculated based on the location you provide and added to your order total.

How can I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order has been placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately — which means we are usually unable to make any changes or cancellations.

What should I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

If you have entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

We will always do our best to help, but since our warehouse processes orders quickly, there is only a short window of time to make changes.

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address. You may contact the post office or courier directly with your tracking number to request a redirection.

Do you provide tracking information?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on carrier websites or tracking platforms such as:

How long will my order take to arrive?

Hong Kong local delivery: Usually within 2-3 business days

International shipments: Typically arrive within 2-4 weeks to most countries, depending on customs clearance and local postal services

Please note: Items may occasionally be held by customs for inspection, which could take up to 2 months or more for delivery.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us by email as soon as possible with the following information:

- A photo of the item you received

- A photo of the shipping label

- Your order number

Once we receive this information, we will work quickly to resolve the issue. Depending on availability, we will either dispatch a replacement or process a refund.

How are my orders packed?

We take great care in packaging your toys to ensure they arrive safely. All items are packed in sturdy boxes with protective materials. Fragile items are marked and handled with extra care.

Are all your products listed on the website?

We have recently migrated to Shopify and are still in the process of listing our full inventory. If you are looking for a specific item that is not on our website, please contact us!
