- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
1.2 Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
1.3 Order Verification:
We may need to verify certain orders to prevent fraud or ensure compliance with our policies. If verification is required, we will contact you via email, which may delay processing.

- Hong Kong (all regions)
- Asia & Europe Regions
2.2 We Do Not Ship To:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by Hong Kong SAR regulations. If you have questions about specific locations, please contact us before placing your order.

Note: International shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
4.1 Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
4.2 Where to Track:
You can track your order through:
- The carrier's website directly (Hong Kong Post, SF Express, etc.)
4.3 Tracking Updates:
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
5.1 Delivery Attempts:
- For Hong Kong deliveries: SF Express may charge additional fees for item exceed pickup time. Please refer to SF Express for details.
- For international deliveries: Customs may require additional documentation or clearance time
5.2 Failed Deliveries:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided or absence of recipient:
- The carrier will attempt to contact you
- Failed delivery packages may be returned to us
- Re-shipping costs may apply for returned packages
5.3 Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
6.1 Customs Clearance:
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may cause delays beyond our control.
6.2 Duties and Taxes:
Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are:
- Not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- Determined by and paid to your local customs authority
- Non-refundable if you refuse delivery or return the package
6.3 Customs Declaration:
We are required by law to declare the actual value of all merchandise on customs forms and cannot mark items as "gifts" or lower the declared value.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to safety regulations, certain toys cannot be shipped to specific locations or require special handling:
- Items with batteries may have shipping restrictions
- Oversized items may incur additional charges
- Age-restricted items may require adult signature upon delivery
If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you and arrange alternative shipping if possible.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
8.1 Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the outer packaging and damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours at raising1234@yahoo.com.hk
- Keep all packaging and items for inspection
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8.2 Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:
- Domestic: 7 business days beyond estimated delivery
- International: 14 business days beyond estimated delivery
Please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.
8.3 Insurance:
We insure all shipments up to the value of the order. If a package is confirmed lost, we will either reship the items or issue a full refund, subject to carrier investigation results.
9. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.):
- Order early to ensure delivery before holidays
- Check our website announcements for holiday cutoff dates
- Expect possible carrier delays beyond our control
10. SHIPPING POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
